Commissioning
Risk of crushing or impact!
If compressed air is wrongly connected, the shuttle may move in
the wrong direction or be pushed along very fast, with a great
risk of causing injury or damage.
Check that the compressed air supply is connected to the
correct port.
Check that all ports are connected or plugged.
To prevent cylinder runaway when starting, increase the
pressure slowly.
Make sure that there is no-one in the risk area when the
compressed air is turned on.
If the cylinder is not properly installed, there is a risk of injury
or damage!
An incorrectly installed cylinder may come loose in service and
damage other parts of the system or injure personnel.
Check carefully that all components are securely fixed.
The protective plugs must be left in the cylinder ports until the
compressed air lines are connected.
