5. Before putting into operation
The equipment is supplied without batteries
and without a charger.
5.1 Fitting the safety hood (Fig. 3-4)
When fi tting the safety hood (Fig. 1/Item 8) make
sure that the edge guide (Fig. 1/Item 6) is in a po-
sition in which the blade head (Fig. 1/Item 7) does
not obstruct the fi tting. Push the guard hood (Fig.
1/Item 8) in the direction of the arrow onto the
motor housing as shown in Fig. 3. Make sure that
