The stated values apply if the PS is operated without active cooling, i.e. (typically) by the
airflow. If forced cooling is used the values are even higher.
CAUTION: AT HIGH CURRENTS THE UNIT WILL BECOME HOT!
- The PS is looped in between the receiver and the servo, and supplies a safe 5.9 V to
your servo.
- The purpose of the PS is to allow the use of conventional servos, for which the
recommended operating voltage limit is around 6 V, with a receiving system which is
connected directly to a battery such as a 2S LiPo pack.
- When using the PS it is important to check the current drain of the servos, in order to
avoid overloading the PS.
