Charging error.
Solution
Check if the omnidirectional wheel is tangled
and clear it.
Check if the side brush is tangled and clear it.
Clear the dust in the dust tank and clean the
suction channel.
Check if the main brush is tangled and clear it.
Cause
The charging terminals on the
robot and on the charging base
do not make good contact.
Solution
Move the robot to a new position and
restart it.
Check if the anti-collision sensors are
stuck and unblock and clean them.
Check if the free-fall sensors are dirty
and clean them.

Clean the charging
terminals and make sure
they make good contact.
