EQUIPMENT START-UP

Always ensure the appliance is kept away from flammable materials.
The equipment shall only be installed upon a non-combustible, heat-resistant surface.
Before starting up the griddle it is necessary to understand the front panel, as shown in the following figure:
Next proceed with start-up the equipment as described below:
1. Open the gas from container
2. ON:
2.1. Press and turn the control to the big flame position for the burner.
2.2. Hold down the piezoelectric igniter.
2.3. Hold down the button for a few seconds.
2.4. Adjust the burner flame by placing the dial between the large and small flame positions.
3. OFF: To turn the equipment OFF, simply turn the dials to the off position.
4. To guarantee complete safety, it is recommended that the flow from the gas bottle be closed after use.
Do not move the device during operation.
