2. WARRANTY CONDITIONS

This equipment has a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase from any manufacture defect. The following are cause for
void of warranty:
• Three years after manufacturing date.
• Any malfunction caused by normal wear due to the passage of time.
• Any malfunction caused by improper use of the equipment or ignoring the instruction manual.
• The manipulation of any of the seals of guarantee.
• As a rule, any malfunction not attributable to the manufacturer.
• The manufacturer is not responsible for operation of the equipment if the user does not follow the suggestions for use
of the instruction manual.
• The manufacturer is not responsible for malfunctions due to incorrect use of the equipment.

3. UNPACKING THE EQUIPMENT

Special care shall be taken so as not to damage the equipment during unpacking. It shall be removed from the box and
checked to make sure that it has not suffered any damage during transport. It will be verified that all installation and use parts
are included.
In the event of finding any anomaly or defect in the equipment, it is recommended that the representative be advised prior to
installation.

5. GENERAL DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION OF EQUIPMENT

The gas cooking griddles are to grill foods on the griddles themselves. The griddles are supplied with standard combustion
equipment, consisting of burners that heat the griddle.
On the front of the equipment we find the front of the control that regulates the gas volume to the burners.
The gas input of the equipment is found on the back side. Griddle operation is based on the heating of the griddles through
heat supplied by the gas combustion in the burners.
