2.4 Take hold of the left side of the liner front section and gently pull it inwards to unhook
the first hook. Then move towards the centre and the other front edge to unhook the
second and third hook (Fig. 13).
2.5 Completely remove the liner from the helmet.

ASSEMBLY OF THE LINER
3.1 Insert the liner into the shell of the helmet and fit it well against the base.
3.2 Make sure that all couplings match. Hook the front portion, then the rear of the liner,
(to execute in reverse order steps 2.4 and 2.2).
Make sure that the frame of the front section is fitted well under the window trim edge.
3.3 Reposition the rest frame and hook the EPS cheek pad button, as described in step 2.3.
3.4 Repeat step 3.3 on the opposite side of the helmet, as described in step 2.1.

ASSEMBLY OF THE CHEEK PADS
4.1 Position the padding making sure that the buttons are aligned with the EPS cheek pad
holes. Then hook the cheek pad.
4.2 Make sure that the chin strap protrudes from the cheek pad.
4.3 Repeat step 4.1 and 4.2 on the other side of the helmet.
WARNING!!!

Take out the inner padding only to clean and wash it.

Never use your helmet without having correctly and completely replaced the inner
comfort padding as well as the cheek pads.

Do not machine wash.

Never use any tools to carry out the above-described operations.

INNER VISOR ASSEMBLY
1.1 Remove the visor.
1.2 Remove the protective film from the inner visor on the face in contact with the visor.
1.3 Check the inner surface of the visor is clean.
Attention: the presence of dust between the visors can produce scratches on both
surfaces.
1.4 Rest one side of the inner visor on one of the visor pins and hold it in position (Fig. 14).
1.5 Open the visor and fasten the other side of the inner visor to the second pin (Fig. 15).
1.6 Release the visor.
1.7 Remove the second protective film from the inner visor.
Attention: check that both visors are tightly connected and do not move; if they do,
adjust the spring pins using a screwdriver to set the adherence (Fig. 16).
1.8 Fit the visor in the helmet.
