ASSEMBLY
2.1 Put the visor in the closed position on the closed helmet.
2.2 Begin from one side and make sure that the hooking tooth of the visor automatic
recover mechanism (C) is correctly engaged in the visor reference slot (D) (Fig. 6).
2.3 Insert the locking bolt B and rotate it from position 2 to position 1 until its end is
blocked by the fixing pivot (E) (Fig. 5).
Attention: the right locking bolt (R) is different from the left one (L).
2.4 Position the plates A2 and A1 by placing the hooking splines in their seats and push
slightly until you hear the hooking click.
WARNING!!!

For a proper functioning it is fundamental that the hooking tooth is correctly inserted
in the corresponding slot on the visor.

Verify that the system works properly: open the visor. When raising the opening chin-
guard, the visor must close automatically.

DOUBLE ACTION
This helmet is equipped with the visor locking system Double Action, which allows to rein-
force the visor locking, thus avoiding accidental opening.
To operate the Double Action mechanism, close the visor and move the cursor on the left
side of the helmet from position A (Unlock) to position B (Lock) (see Fig. 7).
To unlock the visor, you just open it in the usual way.
The mechanism will work automatically and the cursor will pass from B to A position.

DISASSEMBLY OF THE CHEEK PADS
1.1 Open the chin guard and unfasten the chin strap.
1.2 Hold the top of the cheek pad and pull it inwards to unhook the first button (Fig. 8).
1.3 Hold the padding by the top of the cheek pad and pull inwards to unhook the second
button.
1.4 Hold then the bottom of the cheek pad and pull it inwards to unhook the third and
fourth button (Fig. 9).
1.5 Repeat step on the other cheek pad.

DISASSEMBLY OF THE LINER
2.1 Delicately unhook the left EPS cheek pad button and remove the rest frame (Fig. 10.
2.2 Take hold of the back rest by the left-hand corner and pull upwards to unhook the first
button. Then proceed by pulling the centre section and the right corner of the back
rest to unhook the second and third button (Fig. 11).
2.3 Delicately unhook the right EPS cheek pad button and remove the rest frame (Fig. 12).
