PROBLEM
Motor does not start

POSSIBLE CAUSES
No power or low voltage
Faulty or damaged power cord
Faulty motor/capacitor
Empty fuel tank, dirty or wrong fuel
Fuel filter clogged
Air leaks in oil line
Burner nozzle clogged
Fuel viscosity increased at low temperature
Insufficient airflow into combustion chamber
Compressor pressure too high
The room temperature set on ambient thermostat
has been reached
Flame failure
Bad combustion
Reduced airflow
Overheating

SOLUTION
Check power line and voltage
Check fuse and replace if necessary
Check and replace if needed
Check and if necessary replace
Remove wrong or dirty fuel
Fill the tank with clean Diesel or kerosene
Clean or replace fuel filter
Check hoses, tighten connections, if necessary replace
Clean nozzle blowing compressed air, replace if necessary
Mix Diesel with 10-20% kerosene
Check air inlet, fan, motor
Check air pressure, adjust if needed
Normal operation
To restart turn the room thermostat dial clockwise on a higher
setting
Identify and possibly remove the cause(s) of malfunction
To reset, turn On/Off switch to 0 and then to I
Call technical service if needed
