Troubleshooting

It may be the case that the Plantcube per-
forms a restart by itself. This will occur when
automatic appliance updates are released and
will not take more than a few seconds.
Please check first whether you are able to rec-
tify any problems yourself.

General problems

If your Plantcube loses connection, any of the
LED modules is not illuminated even though
there are plants on that level according to
the app, or in the case of any other faults, you
should initially test whether the appliance's
functionality returns fully after switching the
appliance on and off, i.e. pulling the mains plug
out of the socket and reinserting it.
Should the appliance not work, please
check,
Whether the mains plug has been correct-
ly inserted
Whether the mains plug is damaged
Whether the socket fuse is in normal wor-
king order
Whether a connection exists to the Plant-
cube; this can be determined by using
the app or by briefly pressing the function
button for about one second, see "Opera-
ting elements"
Should the Seedbars be dry, please check,
Whether the appliance is levelled
Whether the appliance is heavily soiled,
and clean it if necessary
Should plants have turned yellow or are
only growing slowly, please check,
Whether you have added enough nutrient
solution to the water
Whether there is sufficient water in the
tank
Whether the LED modules are illuminated
in the day phase, and the day phase is not/
has not been delayed excessively
Whether the Silent or Cinema Mode has
been activated several times in a row
Whether the ambient temperature is out-
side of the permissible temperature range,
or differs significantly from normal room
temperature
Otherwise, clean the appliance
Should the connection to the appliance
have been lost, please check,
Whether the connection returns after
disconnecting from the power and then
reconnecting
Whether you are able to delete the appli-
ance from your account and then recon-
nect it
Whether it is possible to establish a
connection to the relevant Wi-Fi with a
different device (there may potentially be
problems with the Wi-Fi)
Whether there are currently any issues on
the part of the Internet provider
If you are unable to make a connection for
an extended period of time and the appli-
ance does not function properly
remove all plants
drain tank
disconnect the power
leave the door open
and contact customer services
