Safety notices

Risk of explosion
Never use other electrical appliances, such
as heaters, electric ice machines, etc. in-
side the appliance.
Do not use any explosive substances, such
as aerosols containing flammable propel-
lants, in the appliance.

Risk of electric shock
Do not remove any parts from the appli-
ance that are necessary for it to function.
These include live components. Removing
these parts poses a risk of injury from
electric shock.
Never clean the appliance using a steam
cleaner! This may cause a short circuit.
Never pull on a mains cable; always pull out
the mains plug itself in order to remove it
from the socket.
If the mains connection cable is damaged,
it must be replaced by the manufacturer,
customer services, or a similarly qualified
person, in order to prevent hazards.
An extension for the mains connection
cable must only be obtained via customer
services.
Improper installation or repairs pose signi-
ficant risks to users.
Repairs must only be carried out by the
manufacturer, customer services, or a
similarly qualified person.
Never touch any cables that may be visible
apart from the mains cable. Please contact
customer services.
Do not place or spill any liquids onto the
appliance. This may cause a short circuit.
Always ensure that the appliance is di-
sconnected from the power supply before
repositioning or moving it.
Risk of injury
WARNING! Risk of eye damage
Do not look directly into the LED lights,
especially when wearing optical lenses.
The appliance should only be unpacked
and set up by at least two persons.
Where the appliance is to be used free-
standing, it must be set up on the floor
or exclusively on equipment provided by
Agrilution. When installing as a built-in
unit, it must be ensured that the applian-
ce cannot tip over or fall down under any
circumstances. Risk of appliance falling!
Some parts of the appliance may have
sharp edges. You should therefore take
care when taking hold of the appliance.
Do not touch the door hinge when ope-
ning and closing the door, as this risks your
fingers becoming caught.
Do not make improper use of the plinth,
drawers, door, etc. as a step or a support.
Risk of falling or tipping over! Particular
care must be taken with regard to children!
Water may be spilled on the floor whi-
le interacting with the appliance. Risk of
slipping!
Risk from refrigerants
WARNING!
Flammable Material
The appliance contains minimal quantities of
the environmentally safe but flammable refri-
gerant R600a.
Ensure that the cooling system is not damaged
during transport or assembly. Rapidly leaking
refrigerant may cause eye injury and may
ignite.
In the event of damage:
Keep the appliance away from naked fla-
mes and sources of ignition.
Pull out the mains plug immediately.
Ventilate the room thoroughly for several
minutes.
Notify customer services.
The required size of the room in which the ap-
pliance is to be used depends on the quantity
of refrigerant in the appliance. If the room is
too small, any leaking refrigerant may give rise
to a flammable gas/air mixture. A room must
have a minimum size of 1 m³ per 8 g of refrige-
rant. Please take note of the quantity stated
on the rating plate in order to determine the
minimum volume of the room.
Preventing risks to children and
vulnerable persons
Persons who are unable to operate the appli-
ance safely due to physical, sensory or psy-
chological impediment, ignorance or inexpe-
rience, and children over the age of 8, must
only use the appliance under supervision or
instruction. Cleaning and user maintenance
must not be performed by children without
supervision.
Never allow children to play with the appliance.
Children under the age of 8 must never be
allowed to use the appliance.
Material damage
Only suitable for indoor use.
The appliance must stand upright at all
times. It must also be ensured that the
appliance remains as upright as possible
during transport. Never lay the appliance
on its side!
