Automatic defrost
At a low room temperature, frost may build up at the evaporator during operation.
The device automatically starts defrosting, the POWER LED
starts blinking.
1
When the device is in cooling, smart (can be cooling in smart mode) or dehumidifying
mode, the ambient temperature sensor senses the evaporator coil temperature. When this
temperature is below -1°C, the compressor stops operating. Approximately 10 minutes
later, or when the coil temperature is ≥ 7°C, the device starts to cool again.
Overload protection
In the event of a power loss or cut, there is a 3-minute delay until the compressor restarts.
Self-evaporating system
The self-evaporating system uses the collected water to cool the condenser coils for a
more efficient performance. There is no need to empty the water tank in cooling operation.
The condensated water will be evacuated via the air exhaust
and its connected exhaust

hose
.
The device requires ventilation to the outside, so that the (hot) exhaust air and moisture
can be dispelled outside the room that is being cooled.
Drainage
F
For continuous or unattended operation, connect the drain hose
to the drain opening

outlet of the device.
In this way condensate water can flow into a bucket or drain (by gravity).
• Switch off the device
• Remove the drain plug from the drain outlet
• Store the plug safely
• Place the drain hose over the drain outlet
• Make sure the drain hose is not kinked and clear of any obstructions
• Place the drain hose in a bucket or drain and make sure the water can flow out
• Do not submerge the hose end into water, otherwise it can cause an "Air lock" in the drain
hose
