b) Version with battery
The battery is partly charged at the time of
dispatch. Charge the battery before using for
the first time.
Check that the On/Off switch m is switched
off.
Insert the battery n .
(battery poles + and – facing downwards)
Open the ventilation cap (see fig. 01) in the
screw cap.
When drawing larger quantities, open the screw
cap slightly for better ventilation of the tank.
Open the delivery line ball valve b .
Open the delivery nozzle lock and insert the
automatic delivery nozzle fully into the contain-
er/tank to be filled.
Switch pump on at On/Off switch m .

Important!
Never operate the pump without liquid
(no running empty)
Operate the automatic delivery nozzle e (if
necessary, lock with locking device) and carry
out filling process

Important!
Switch the pump off immediately when
the delivery rate for an empty filling tank
reduces, causing the speed of the pump
to rise (no running empty of the pump)

Important!
Constantly monitor the filling
process.
After the filling process:
Close automatic delivery nozzle and allow to
stop dripping.
Switch off pump.
Completely disconnect pump from power supply.
Roll up cable and fix terminal clamps h .
Roll up delivery hose d , insert the automatic
delivery nozzle into the integrated delivery nozzle
holder i and secure with the delivery nozzle
lock g .
Close the ball valve of the delivery line b .
Close the ventilation cap in the screw cap and
the screw cap (fig. 01).
6. Maintenance and inspection
6.1 Safety measures

Important!
The operator must provide any pro-
tective clothing that may be required.
Who can carry out maintenance and inspection
work?
Normal maintenance work may be carried out
by operational personnel.
