CONSOLE BUTTON FUNCTIONS:
PROGRAM: Toggles between programs
ENTER: To confirm all setting values
MODE: Toggles between - TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES, COUNTDOWN
START/STOP: To start training or when training, pressing START /STOP will pause the
program. Press START/STOP again to resume. Pressing START/STOP and holding it
down will clear the data.
INSTANT INCLINE: Adjusts incline levels 2/4/6/8/10/12/15
INSTANT SPEED: Adjusts speed levels to 1/2/4/5/6/9/10 (MPH)
FAN: Turns fan on and off
ECO: Eco function reduces power consumption and motor wear by a calculated incline
increase.

GETTING STARTED

1.) Plug in the treadmill to a properly grounded dedicated outlet.
2.) Turn on the treadmill. The power switch is located at the front right of the treadmill and
make sure that the safety key is in place.
STAND BY MODE
• A beep will sound and the screen will light up.
• If there is a E-07 Code showing, then that means that the safety key is not in place.
Replace the safety key.
• Sleep: When the machine is left in pause for 2 minutes, the computer will go
back to Idle Mode. After a total of 5 minutes the screen will dim and the
machine goes into sleep mode.

MACHINE SETTINGS

Changing from miles to kilometers
1. Take off the Safety Key. E-07 will appear on the display.
2. Press and hold the (P) Program and (M) Mode button at the same time.
3. Either (M) for Miles Per Hour or (for kilometers) will appear. That is the setting the machine
is in. To change the setting, just press the (P) & (M) buttons. The screen will show E-07.

Counts calories while exercising
