Anleitung GP Jet 800 Niro
Replacing the mains line
of the pump must be performed by a
trained technician
1. Loosen shell screws (2 screws).
2. Unscrew strain relief device.
3. Loosen mains connection clamp on
the switch and protective wire
connection screw on the motor shell.
4. Thread new mains cable (line type
H07 RN- F3G 1.0 or 1.5) with
prepared ends through the socket
and secure with strain relief clamp
from becoming disconnected.
5. It is absolutely necessary that the
protective conductor should be sub-
stantially longer than both the other
conductors. Should the mains cable
be accidentally pulled out, the pro-
tective conductor must be the last
which is pulled free from the clamp.
6. Manually check the clamp and strain
relief device.
7. Reassemble the shell halves.
8. Perform a trial run.

Disturbances
1. Motor does not run
Causes
– Mains voltage missing
– Pump wheel blocked – thermal
–
guards has shut off
2. Not pump intake
Causes
– Suction valve not in water
– Pump champer is without water
– There is air in the suction line
– Suction valve leaks
– Suction basket (suction valve) is
–
blocked
– Max. intake height execeeded
3. Transport volume insufficient
Causes
– Intake height too hight
– Suction basket contaminated
– Water level quickly drops
– Pump performance reduced
–
becaus of contaminants
4. Thermal pump switches pump off
Causes
– Motor overloaded, friction from
–
foreign material too high
ATTENTION!
The pump must not be allowed to run dry.
