Door mounting
1. Hinge mounting (door)
Insert the hinge part and washer into the upper bolts, slide the hinge
part to the door edge and fix it with the nut.
Insert: SW 10 Torque: 4Nm
3. Lock mounting (door)
3.1. Press the bar guide at the bottom slightly together (see illustr.) and
insert it in the area of the bolts at the slide bars.
Alignment see illustr. 3.2
3.2. Place the bar guide onto the bolt and tighten it with the nut
Insert: SW 10 Torque: 2Nm

5. Lock mounting (frame)
Mount the lock holders on the frame, see illustration.
Tighten the countersunk screws from the outside into the serrated
locking nuts.
The opening of the locking holder for the sliding bars must always face
the center.
Insert: SW 10; TX 30 Torque: 10Nm

2. Lock mounting (door)
2.1. Mount the slide bars with the two retaining rings to the bar lock.

2.2. Place the unit between the door edge and the foam bead on the
door

2.3. Tighten the bar lock with the two screws to the key plate
Insert: PH2 Torque: 2Nm

4. Hinge mounting (frame)
Slide one washer (white) onto the bolts of the hinge part and insert it
into the holes.
Tighten the two serrated locking nuts from inside.
Insert: SW 10 Torque: 10Nm
6. Door mounting
6.1. Insert the door, ensuring that the upper hinge part (door) is
straight.
6.2. Fold lower hinge part (door) over the bolt
6.3. Hand tighten knurled nuts
