4.4 Door Modification

Door removal
1. Remove the door safety device (of each hinge)
1.1. Remove knurled nut
1.2. Fold the hinge parts backwards (door)

3. Remove hinge (door)
Remove serrated locking nut and hinge part
Insert: SW 10
5. Remove hinge (frame)
Remove the 2 serrated locking nuts and the hinge part.
Insert: SW 10

2. Remove door
Lift the door to remove it
Place the door on the prepared horizontal storage surface with the
outside facing down.
4. Remove lock (door)
4.1. Remove the nuts of the the bar guides
bar lock. Insert: SW 10; PH2
4.2. Remove the lock.
4.3. Separate the bar guide from the slide bars by pressing the lower
part together
= removed nuts and screws, as well as the bar lock and slide bars

6. Remove lock (frame)
Remove countersunk screw at the locking hook by holding the locking
nut on the inside.
Insert: SW 10 and TX 30
