Software Version and Factory Reset
The Software Version function will display the software version used in your radio. The information may be useful to a
service engineer.
The Factory Reset function will delete all station lists, radio presets and alarm settings. It may also be necessary to
reset your radio when you move to another area. This will enable the radio to erase and re-acquire the new station list.
Software version display:
• Press and hold INFO.
The software version will be displayed
After 10 seconds the software version display will clear.
To continue and reset the radio:
• Press INFO while the software version is displayed
System Reset will be displayed
• Press ENTER if you want to continue.
Press Enter Key to Reset' will be displayed
• Press ENTER to confirm and reset the radio.
After a short delay, the radio will re-start and perform a quick scan.
A new DAB station list will be saved and all preset station
memories will be erased.
Cleaning the radio
• To clean the unit, wipe the case with a slightly moist, lint-free cloth.
• The speaker grille can be cleaned carefully with a soft paintbrush or similar.
• Do not use any cleaning fluids containing alcohol, ammonia or abrasives.
• Do not spray an aerosol at or near the unit.
If a problem does occur, it may often be due to something very minor. The following table contains
various tips.

• Check that the AC adapter is connected and plugged into a power socket.
No power
• When battery powered, the batteries may be exhausted. Try a fresh set.
• The signal may be weak. Try re-positioning the aerial. If this doesn't work check
