Temperature Mode

 Press the Function key Temp to select the temperature. The preset temperature stage
"120°C" is selected.
 Internal Thermometer: When the external thermometer is not connected, then you can
change the setting with + / - keys at any time in a range from 60 – 240°C.
(Temperature stages: 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, 200, 220 and 240°C).
 The temperature is measured by a sensor below the glass ceramic plate, therefore the
displayed temperature can deviate from the temperature in the pot.
► For precise cooking, we recommend using the enclosed external thermometer.
► Clean the external thermometer before first use.
External Thermometer – control of temperature inside the cooking vessel:
Connect the thermometer at the lower right side of the device and hang it into the
cooking vessel. When the thermometer is connected then it measures and controls
continuously the temperature according to the desired temperature setting. After start of
heating process the display shows the actual temperature. If you briefly press on button
Temp again then the set-point temperature will be shown.
The LED temp lights continuisly, when the function for control of temperature inside the
cooking vessel is selected.
With the + / - keys you can change the setting in range from 40 – 160 °C.
(Temperature stages 40 – 160 °C in 1 ° C – steps)
External Thermometer – control of the desired core temperature in the food:
 Connect the thermometer at the lower right side of the device. Press button Temp for 3
seconds. The preset temperature stage of 65 ° C will be shown in the display.
 The LED Temp flashes, when the function control for the desired core temperature is
selected.
 With the + / - keys you can change the setting in range from 40 – 160 °C and so you
can control the core temperature. (temperature stages 40 – 160 °C in 1 ° C – steps)
► Attach the holder at pot and insert the external thermometer. Take care that the cable of
the thermometer does not touch the cooking vessel.
 After this stick the thermometer in the food.
 By pressing button Temp the desired set-point temperature is displays and can be
changed.
