OE 0900
HGV INDUCTION HEATER
• Input voltage
This is the current supply voltage in volts.
• Cooling temperature
Indicates the average temperature of the device components in degrees Celsius.
• Limitation
Indicates the limitation of power or parameters, if any, during heating. For example, if the
user sets the desired power to 3.5 kW using an inappropriate coil, the device will not only
display a low power factor (PF), but also indicate a power limitation at the output, which
means that the inverter can no longer supply power. If the user sets a current limit at the
input, say 10A, the device signals that the power supply is limited by the input current. If
the heating is running properly, the unit will always display "---", which means that the unit
is not limited.
The heating is limited:
• "---" = no limitation, heating is carried out optimally
• "in." = by the maximum power of the device
• "ic" = per maximum input current
• "oc" = by the maximum output current of the inverter
• "dut" = by the maximum output voltage of the inverter
• "tE" = by max. temperature
• Errors
Displays the history of the last errors that occurred in the device. By turning the switch
clockwise, the complete error history is gradually displayed.
SETTINGS
Allows you to set the heating parameters.
Press the switch several times until the indicator light lights up red
switch to select the setting to be displayed or adjusted and press to confirm. The indicator
light lights up green
Press the switch to confirm the setting, which returns to the selection of another parameter
or selects "---" to go to the next setting. To immediately exit the power settings, press and
hold the switch.
. You can now turn the switch to set the desired parameter value.
. Then turn the
