ABOUT THE DEVICE AND HEATING
1. Supported technologies
These technologies allow the heating to be controlled with real-time control of various
multi-passage parameters, which is at the heart of the device's characteristics. This allows
the heating to be controlled in different modes, increasing its applicability and versatility.
It can be used in networks where the switching devices are of poor quality and it does not
trip circuit breakers, etc.
• BIPT - Boost induction power technology
Allows to increase the output power for faster heating of the material.
This technology is mainly used in open coils and for heating different types of materials.
• DIPA - Dynamic adjustment of induction power
Optimal automatic adjustment of the power required to achieve maximum efficiency, speed
and temperature rise in the long term depending on other heating parameters.
• QST-Quiet cooling technology
An adaptive mode optimizing cooling for quiet operation or maximum output power.
• ACMS- Automatic control and monitoring system
Combines functions that check and monitor the operation and status of the device after
activation, and a function that continuously monitors the operation and parameters of the
induction heater for maximum safety and reliability of the device.
• DFU Device Firmware Update
Allows you to update the firmware.
2. Heating modes and applications
The heater has two different heating modes:
1. CF mode
In this mode, induction heating maintains the same magnetic field strength regardless of
the coil environment conditions. The heater behaves in the same way as a gas burner, where
the adjusted field strength corresponds to the flame power. The amount of heat introduced
is then easily controlled by moving the burner closer or further away from the material, in
the same way as for flame heating. The advantage is that it is easier to control the heat
introduced according to needs and, above all, it allows a finer and more sensitive heating,
for example in car repairs (window edges, removal of stickers, rubber parts, etc.)
