9. Install Door Panels
Install Outside Panel (panel furthest from shower wall)
- From outside of the shower, install the outside panel first. Position the outside glass panel with rollers and towel
bar facing away from shower/bath.
- Carefully lift the outside panel up inside the top track and hang the rollers on the outside rail of the top track.
Channel on bottom of panel fits over bottom track leg.
- Roll panel back and forth to make sure it operates smoothly.
- If adjustment is needed, remove the panel. Loosen roller screw(s) and move the roller(s) in slot to align the panel.
Tighten screw(s) and re hang the panel.
- Align the panel with the wall jamb opposite showerhead side.
Install Middle Panel
- Position panel so rollers are facing outside (dry side) of shower. If top track was installed with flat side facing out,
rollers will face inside of shower.
- Carefully lift the middle panel up inside the top track and hang the rollers on the middle rail of the top track.
NOTE: Tilt middle panel away from outside panel. Slide until it is even with outside panel. Panels may bind if
not tilted.
- Slide middle panel over until the middle panel guide is aligned approximately at the midpoint of the outside
panel. Slightly lift the outside panel over and onto the middle panel guide protrusion.
- Roll panels back and forth to make sure they operate smoothly and do not interfere with the frame.
- If adjustment is needed, remove the panel. Loosen roller screw(s) and move the roller(s) in slot to align the panel.
Tighten screw(s) and re hang the panel.
