The curling tong is safety insulated and radio screened. It meets the
requirements of EU Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2014/30/EU
and Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
Operation
Preparation
f Check that the contents are complete.
f Check all the parts for possible transport damage.
Safety
Caution! Damage due to incorrect power supply.
f Only operate the curling tong with the voltage stated on
the nameplate.
Operation
1. Unfold the base stand and place the curling tong on a flat, smooth,
non-heat-sensitive surface.
2. Insert the mains plug into the socket.
3. Switch on the curling tong using the on/off switch (E) (Fig. 2).
4. Select the desired temperature (80 °C-210 °C).

To increase the temperature, press the p button (F).
·
To reduce the temperature, press the q button (G).
·
The preset temperature is 180 °C.
·
Tapping can adjust the temperature in 5°C steps. To
adjust the temperature more quickly, hold down the
appropriate button.
·
The LCD display flashes three times when the tempera-
ture is set. Once the set operating temperature has been
reached, the LCD display shows the temperature.
5. After using the curling tong, switch them off using the on/off
switch (Fig. 2). The LCD display goes out.
6. Disconnect from the mains.
7. Allow the curling tong to cool down.
