Replacement of the battery
1. Unscrew and remove the housing cover.
2. Remove the old battery from its fitting.
3. Insert a new rechargeable battery size Mignon (AA). When doing so,
mind the correct polarity as shown on the bottom inside the battery
fitting.
4. Reattach the casing cover to the casing body and screw the casing in
place.

This electronic flying insect exterminator works without chemicals and
does not cause any environmental pollution whatsoever. Bothersome
biting and stinging insects (above all mosquitoes) and small flies are
attracted by ultraviolet light. On the way to the light source, the insects
are killed quickly and hygienically by touching the high-voltage
electrodes, which are not dangerous to human beings.
Reliably captures mosquitoes (tiger mosquitoes, malaria mosquitoes,
common mosquitoes, even fruit flies) and destroys them on the high-
voltage grate. Additional protective mesh prevents the destruction of
beneficial species such as rare moths, nocturnal butterflies etc. and
helps maintain biological diversity and food resources for many animal
species (Federal Nature Conservation Act, Section 39 and 44 and/or
Federal Species Conservation).
Can also be charged via USB port. For maximum effectiveness,
mosquitoes can also be attracted by a liquid such as an attractant or
sugar water.
Putting into operation
1.It is recommended to hang up the device 1.5 to 3 metres above the
ground. The special light (UV-LED + white LED) attracts flying insects.
