3.2 Intended use

The electronic ventilation duct temperature sensor is used for
temperature measurement in gaseous media for measuring ranges
from -50 ... +250 °C [-58 ... +482 °F] (depending on the version). It is
designed for connection to control and display systems.
This instrument is not permitted to be used in hazardous areas!
