LIMITED WARRANTY
Charlescraft guarantees this product free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of
one year from the date of purchase, except as noted. This Charlescraft product warranty does not
cover damage caused by misuse or abuse, accident, the attachment of any unauthorized accessory, alteration
to the product, or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of Charlescraft.
Charlescraft shall not be responsible for any type of incidental, consequential, or special damages.
All implied warranties, including but not limited to those warranties of fi tness and merchantability,
are limited in the total duration to one year from the original purchase date.
Service of this product by anyone other than Charlescraft voids warranty. This warranty provides
you with specifi c legal rights. You may have additional rights which vary from province to province.
Because of individual provincial regulation, some of the above limitations and exclusions may not
apply to you.
We strongly recommend you contact Charlescraft Customer Service 1-800-414-5027 if you have
any operating or warranty issues with your Flex Steam Mop and someone will be pleased to assist
you.
