6 Operation of the Wine storage appliance
It is recommended to place the wine storage appliance in a place where the ambient tempera-

tures are between 10-32° C. If the ambient temperatures are above or below the recommended
temperature range, the performance of the appliance may be affected. For example, if the unit
is placed in extremely cold or hot environments, the internal temperature may fluctuate. The
range between 8-18° C may not be reached.
The temperature may also vary depending on whether the interior lighting is on or off, or
whether the bottles are in the upper, middle or lower range.
Using the buttons on the control panel:
The temperature can be set as desired by pressing the buttons. There are 3 buttons on the con-
trol panel: „

The interior lighting can be switched on and off with the „Light" button.
7 Care and maintenance
Cleaning the wine storage appliance
•
Disconnect the wine storage appliance from the power supply and remove the bottles.
•
Wash the inside surfaces with a solution of warm water and baking powder.
•
The solution can be easily prepared with about 2 tablespoons of baking powder to a quar-
ter litre of water.
•
Wash the outside of the wine storage appliance with a mild detergent and warm water. Pull
out the water collection container at the bottom and clean it.
Moving the wine storage appliance
•
Take out all bottles.
•
Secure all loose objects inside the unit with adhesive tape.
•
Screw in the levelling feet completely to prevent damage.
•
Seal the door with adhesive tape.
•
Ensure that the wine storage appliance remains securely in an upright position during
transport.
