G Arm the control panel.
G Wait for the end of the exit delay (1 min
30 sec).
G Go into an area protected by a move-
ment detector or open a protected exit: the
control panel then activates the siren
immediately or with a delay of 10 sec
(according to configuration).
G Verify the siren and strobe duration
matches your selection.
NB: it is advisable to make regular tests of
the system

The alarm siren constantly checks the
state of its battery. It indicates when the
battery is low with an audible "bip, bip, bip,
bip" each time the system is armed or dis-
armed.
The central unit indicates failures by
means of a spoken message:"Beep, worn
siren battery". or succesives beeps with-
flashing light .
Before changing the siren's battery, put the
central unit in test mode.
Replace the battery as follows:
G Take a remote control and a crosshead
screwdriver to the sirens location
G Unscrew the locking screw while press-
ing the "On" button of the remote control

G Remove the siren from it's wall bracket
G Open the battery cover
G Disconnect the battery and wait 5 min
before connecting the new battery.
G Connect the new battery and close the
battery cover
G Refit the siren to it's bracket
G Make a real alarm test. The siren is now
operational.
NB: all the settings previously made are
remembered.
