C. SHEETFLOW ASSEMBLY AND END CAP:
Risk of damage to sheetflow and/or bottom
endcap. Do not support tower on sheetflow. Do not stand tower on
bottom end cap. Use styrofoam packaging as supports until unit is
hung on hinges.
1.
See Fig. #12 . Align endcap snug with bottom end of tower
door. Secure endcap to bottom of tower door with two
slotted-hex washer-head screws from hardware kit.
Risk of damage to endcap. Do not tighten hose
with only one wrench or you may damage end cap inlet joint.
2.
Remove cap from end of shower supply hose (inside tower
door). Using thread sealant, thread hose end to bottom end
cap assembly. Use two wrenches to tighten hose 1/2- to
3/4-turn past hand tight.

See Fig. #12 . Align sheetflow cap snug with top end of tower
door. Secure sheetflow cap to top of tower door with the two
slotted-hex washer-head screws from hardware kit.
4.
Remove the protective caps from the short connection hose
and the supply hose. Connect the hoses, and use two
wrenches to tighten 1/2 to 3/4-turn past hand tight.
Risk of damage to sheetflow. Do not tighten
hose with only one wrench or you may damage sheetflow inlet joint.

D. TOWER ASSEMBLY:
1.
Identify the three #10-24 x 3/8" screws and washers provided.
Place washers over screws.
2.
Align hinge plates on tower door with brackets on wall
mounting box. Secure hinges with two screws in the upper
hinge and one screw in the lower hinge. See Fig. #13 .
