Problem
Problems with the
router connection
The Wi-Fi speaker
cannot be controlled by
the MEDION SPEAKER
app.

Possible cause
The IP address that you
have manually entered
is outside of the address
range for the router.
The Wi-Fi speaker and
smartphone/tablet PC
are not on the same Wi-Fi
network.
Solution
Enter a valid IP address for the
Wi-Fi speaker.
Check the network status
of the Wi-Fi speaker and
smartphone/tablet PC.
