4. Manual control
The KVM switch can be manually controlled using the Select button on the device to switch
between up to three source devices.
• To switch between different source devices, press the Select button for the corresponding
input port.
• USB-C™ devices need to be equipped with a USB 3.1 GEN1 C-C cable.
• When the picture output is connected, the switch light will be on. If there is no connected
picture output, the switch light will flash.
Troubleshooting
If there is no video output, check that:
• The connection is correct.
• The USB-C™ cable is not damaged.
• The HDMI cable is not damaged.
• The KVM switch is powered on, or restart the device.
If there is video output but no audio output, check that:
• The HDMI cable is properly connected.
• The source output is DVI.
• The HDCP is properly communicating with the display, or restart the device.
If there is no 4K output, check that:
• The source device supports 4K.
• The HDMI cable supports 4K.
If there is no USB-C™ device output, check that:
• The USB-C™ cable is not damaged.
• The USB device supports video output.
• The Android smartphone function is enabled.
If the mouse/keyboard is not working properly, check that:
• The mouse/keyboard is not damaged.
• The mouse/keyboard is properly connected.
• The USB-A to USB-A cable is not damaged.
• The source system supports the mouse/keyboard.

Care and cleaning

• Disconnect the product from the mains before each cleaning.
• Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol, or other chemical solutions, as
they can cause damage to the housing and functioning of the product.
• Clean the product with a dry, fibre-free cloth.
