The JAVA Coffee Company. Further-
more, this guarantee does not ap-
ply to fragile components such as
glass, plastic or light bulbs or to
slight defects that do not adverse-
ly affect the value or fitness for use
of the device.
If a device is returned to The JAVA
Coffee Company because of a defect
that is not covered by this guaran-
tee or in the total absence of a de-
fect, The JAVA Coffee Company re-
serves the right to invoice a fee to
cover costs for the inspection and
transportation of the device.
This guarantee is valid only in the
country of purchase, namely Bel-
gium or Luxemburg.
Nothing in this guarantee limits
the compulsory statutory rights of
consumers.
