Instructions:
Truckloader 521 should be installed on the lift trolley, with the inlett on the same side as the lift spindle and has
to be secured with 4 bolts (pos.1).
To raise the truckloader;
step 1.
step 2.
step 3.
step 4.
If after step 3, at maximum height of the spindle, the truckloader is not yet at the desired heigh; remove botom
pin (pos.2), turn the spindle in the other direction and repeat step 1 trough 3.
Safety warnings:
1. Before moving the trolley, the truckloader should be set to its lowest position
2. The side of the trailer, should be suitable to safely support the combined weight of the truckloader and the
trolley (145 + 65 = 210 kg).
3. When driving with truckloader and trolley, the trailer should be equiped with brackets to lock feet of the
trolley to the bottom of the trailer.

Insert botom pin (pos.2) and lock it with the safety clip (pos.3)
Turn the spindle to lift the truckloader with the brackets above the side of the trailer
Insert top pin (pos.4) and lock it with the safety clip (pos.3)
Lower the truckloader with the backets on top of the side of the trailer and lock the
brakets. By turning the spindle further, the trolley can pulled up towards the bottom side
of the truckloader.
