5. LIABILITY, WARRANTY AND WARNING SYMBOLS

5.1 Liability

VOTEX WHIRLWIND BV declines any liability or warranty, if the following conditions are
not respected;
1. The machine should only be used, operated and maintained as designated in this
manual and following errata or supplements.
2. Replacement parts should be original VOTEX WHIRLWIND BV-parts.
3. Modifications should be authorized by VOTEX WHIRLWIND BV.
4. Local law and regulations for safety, machine operation, road transport etc. and the
safety instructions in this manual should at all times be respected, prior to and during
the operation of this machine.
Note: VOTEX WHIRLWIND BV cannot be held reponsible or liable for consequential
damage
5.2 Warranty
VOTEX WHIRLWIND BV warrants repair and/or replacement of faulty parts for a period
of 12 months after delivery.
The conclusion if parts are considered to be faulty is up to the judgement of VOTEX
WHIRLWIND BV. Warranty never covers transporting expenses or labor cost without
prior written approval from VOTEX WHIRLWIND BV.
Warranty becomes invalid if accessories or components are not original VOTEX
WHIRLWIND BV. As for components, parts of the machine that are supplied to VOTEX
WHIRLWIND BV, guarantee stipulations of the concerning supplier will apply.
VOTEX WHIRLWIND BV is not responsible for any expenses, losses or damages
caused by improper machine operation.
Guarantee never covers any cost resulting from malfuntioning of the machine.
