The codes supplied when you use the operator services can
be changed. The number for Call anonym and Mailbox
(voicemail) can also be programmed here.
Command to turn the call waiting service off or on easily.
The dial mode setting should DTMF (Europe only).
Should be 100 ms for EU/UK/AUS, 300 ms France/Portugal
and 600 ms New Zeeland.
Enter the digit that obtains an external line and the telephone will
insert a pause automatically when a number starts with that digit.
