LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The products have been developed in accordance with the applicable standards and regulations. The information gathered in the
technical documentation takes into account the state of the art, knowledge and experience gained over the years.
MERCURA is not responsible for damages and consequences due to:
Failure to comply with the information contained in the product documentation.
Improper use of the product
The installation of products by unqualified personnel
Unauthorized changes made by the user or operator
Technical Modifications not submitted to or approved by MERCURA
The use of spare parts not approved by MERCURA
INSTALLER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
The installer is entirely responsible for installing the equipment on a vehicle.
The installer must define the means and material necessary for the installation of the equipment in order to deliver the vehicle
equipped in accordance with the regulations.
MERCURA is not responsible for defects caused by incorrect definition of the mounting system, reinforcements, holes in the roof or
roofliner, the condition and quality of the mounting system, the use of anchorage points provided by the vehicle manufacturer and
the definition of the power supply and protection of the system according to the power source of the vehicle.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USER AND THE OPERATOR
MERCURA products are professional devices that can only be used for this purpose. Their use is subject to legal obligations regarding
safety in the workplace, which the operator must comply with. The same applies to safety and accident prevention regulations as
well as environmental protection regulations. The use of this equipment on the road is subject to the traffic regulations and rules.
Obligations of the operator:
Find out about the applicable occupational safety regulations
Carry out a risk analysis related to the specific working conditions on the intervention site
Train users on regulations, standards and conditions of use
When using the device, regularly check the suitability of the implementation rules in relation to the applicable safety rules
and standards.
Make sure that the operator has read and understood the equipment operating manual.
Ensure that users are regularly trained in its use and informed of the dangers related to the implementation of the
equipment.
Provide personnel with protective equipment suitable for the intervention and ensure its use.
It is the responsibility of the operator:
To ensure the curative and preventive maintenance of the equipment
Ensuring that safety devices are checked regularly.
