Planning Your Ventilation

The first step in planning your ventilation is deciding where and how to install the outlet pipe. There are different ways of instal-
ling your outlet pipe, but it is recommended to install the toilet using straight pipes only. This is to ensure optimal airflow. Using
too many bends or exceeding the maximum pipe length, could create restricted airflow and, in the worst case, back pressure in
the system. Incorrect installation may cause poor incineration, odors and wear of the product. Ensure that installation is
performed in compliance with electrical and building regulations. If you are unsure of this, contact a professional tradesman.
