is frozen.

frozen.
The robot cannot find
its home base.
Error with the robot.

The robot will not shut
down because it is on
the home base.
The robot is not
connected to the
AMIBOT HOME app.

Check the main brush and
remove any dust or objects
likely to be blocking it.
Check the side brushes
and remove any elements
likely to be blocking them.
Check that the home base
is correctly positioned and
on. Manually place the
robot on its home base.
Please turn off and restart
the robot. If the problem
persists, please contact the
AMIBOT after-sales service.
Charge the robot using its
home base.
Take the robot off the
home base and press
the power button for 5
seconds.
Connect the robot to
the smartphone via the
AMIBOT HOME mobile
app.
