NOTE
z The target value set is measured from the temperature of the room sensor
and once the temperature is reached, the compressor is switched off. The
compressor switching cycle is 2 °C.
z Altering these limiting temperatures significantly impairs the efficient func-
tioning of the cooling system!
14.1

Controlling driving cooling functions

➤ Close loading area doors.
➤ Start the engine.
➤ Switch on the cooling system.
➤ Set the lower target value.
➤ Check the condenser fan.
➤ In the user level "Pr1", select parameter "DP2", (see checking or changing parameter
values).
➤ Read off the temperature of the evaporator surface and at the same time check whether
the evaporator blowers switch off once a temperature below +15 °C is achieved.
➤ Check the evaporator blowers for the correct rotation.
➤ Check the manual defrosting. The temperature of the evaporator must be below 5 °C
for this.
➤ When doing so the following should be checked:
− The display in the control unit.
− The functioning of the evaporator fan when defrosting:
Hot gas defrosting – evaporator fan OFF
− The functioning of the compressor when defrosting:
Hot gas defrosting – compressor ON.
