Initial start-up
When used for the first time, some smo-
ke may escape. The smoke is caused
by binders which are removed from the
insulating film of the heater by the heat
during first use. To ensure that the smoke
escapes quickly, the device should be
placed on the stand area. The working en-
vironment should be ventilated well during
first use.

Mounting the handgrip

Mount the handgrip with extension rod (1)
to the housing's short hand grip (4) by in-
serting the bayonet locking device (
into the opening of the short handgrip (4)
and rotating it 90 degrees until the stop.
Operation
Switching ON and OFF
Change the step switch (
"I". The device reaches an air quantity of
500 l/min at 50 °C.

Use of adapter nozzles

Surface nozzle
Insert the surface nozzle (9) onto the
groove on the blow-off pipe (12) and lock
it by turning it counterclockwise.
Use the surface nozzle (9) to obtain heat
over a large surface.
When using the surface nozzle (9),
pay particular attention to the heat
development in adjacent locations
of the cutting point. So that in ca-
ses of doubt, no adjacent compo-
nent is overheated.
Grill lighter nozzle
Place the grill lighter nozzle (
blow-off pipe (
