4. Commissioning

The punch is delivered partially assembled. You must only connect the electro-hydraulic pump.

4.1 Assembly

Mount bow punch on firm support (pay attention to correct height for fatigue-proof operation).

4.2 Hydraulic connection

The Maxi-Press 500 must only be operated with the häwa electro-hydraulic pump type 2611, pressure 450 bar.
Connection is effected by means of the attached high pressure hose to the quick release coupling of the cylinder.

4.3 Stop installation (accessories)

The stop is delivered pre-assembled. Install the stop as follows:
Release bracket (3). Fix the rods (2). Mount the slide (7) and fix the rods with brackets (4). Adjust lever (11) with bolt (12) and nut (13) for depth
adjustment. Fix stop ruler (1) with clamping levers (17).
The stop ruler is infinitely adjustable to height from 0-1.18" by means of clamping levers.
Thereby, it is possible to punch also flanged sheets.
