4.1 Help.... trouble shooting
Problem: Cause:
1.0 The gare does not open when a pulse is given 1. Telecontrol battery discharged
2. 230V power supply missing
3. Telecontrol Codification
1.1 A motor opens and the other closes 1. M1/M2 wrong connection
1.2 Motors stops immediately 1. Incorrect power
1.3 The gate does not close after opening 1. Photocells jumper, and or photocells alignment.
Fuses.
2. P3 set to STEP-to-STEP
3. START contact
1.4 The blinker does not work 1. Bulb fault
2. Fuse fault
1.5 The key selector does not work 1. Connection fault
1.6 Motors works slowly after some years 1. Brushes fault
2.0 Fuse 0.8 amp. burned 1. Transformer burned
2. Short circuit in the motors supply
2.1 Fuse 5 amp. burned 1. Blinker fault
2. Photocells fault
2.2 Fuse 10 amp. burned 1. Battery fault
3.0 Red LED off 1. AC 230 V power supply
Remedy:
1. Replace the telecontrol battery or temporarily use the
key selector
2. Check the 230V power supply switch or the fuse of the
transformer A.0.8.
3. See paragraphe 3.8
1. Invert the connection cables to motors, see Fig.14
1. Set power acting on P2 controller
1. If no photocells are installed connect the terminal 3 with
terminal 4. Align photocells. Check fuse 5A.
2. Close the gate giving a START pulse control P3
(paragraphe 3.3). Then try again.
3. START contact permanently active. Check.
1. Check the 12 V max. 10W bulb.
2. Check fuse 5A.
1. Check electric connections. Fig.14
1. Replace electric brushes. Art. HC/R/70
1. Check the transformer isolation
2. Check motors cables
Check there are no short circuits in the supply of:
1. Blinker - 2. Photocells
1. Check battery status
1. Check 0.8 T Amp. fuse.
2. Check the AC 230V power supply connection
