- Now the "H" front plate can be fixed following this scheme.
- You have to have unlocked the actuator through the pawl. Fig.3
1. Open the wing till the STOP is reached.
2. Lay the actuator on the gate with the rod COMPLETELY INSIDE
(position perfectly horizontal).
3. Fit the "H" plate.
4. Then fix the H plate to the gate by means of screws or by welding it
to the gate.
It is advisable to check the good operation of the movement by
opening the gate wings manually.

2.2 Second actuator assembly

Repeat the operation for the other gate wing, following the same steps
2.0 and 2.1.
Caution: Fixation measures of the second actuator shall absolu-
tely be the same as the first ones.

3.1 Standard electric connections

Kit Ref. 412/812/00 CTR35 equipment
The electronic equipment provided with the new Kits HC 812/00 series
2000 is equipped with a new Microchip processor of new design which
has a pre-set operation program for a fast installation; the setting is
still possible in case of need.
ELECTRIC CONNECTION INSTRUCTIONS
Carry out the following electric connections complying with the
following sequence:
1. Connect the motor/s to terminals:
M1 (11 brown 12 blue) in case of 1 motor. First motor with delayed
start during opening.
and/or
M2 (13 brown and 14 blue ) in case of 2 motors. Second motor with
delayed start during closing.
2. Connect the power supply line to the transformer terminals. Fig. 12
Important: Check that the actuators are well secured and check
the gate free movement by moving it manually after having
unlocked actuators by turning the unlocking key counter-clockwise,
Fig. 9
see Fig. 3. Then close wings and lock motors.
-In case photocells were used, close terminals 16-17 with a jumper
(operation already carried out in the manufacturer workshop)
3. The LED 1 green light will turn on.
TEST!
By pressing the transmitter left hand T1 key Fig.15, the gate will open
and will stop in the completely open position.
If the key is pressed again the gate will close.
"You can already open your gate automatically"
Important: A wing will open before the other, it is normal. In this
way the problem of superposing wings will be avoided.
