IV. TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
1/4 8 lb. ft. (10.8 N-m)
3/8 30 lb. ft. (40.7 N-m)
7/16 50 lb. ft. (67.8 N-m)
1/2 75 lb. ft. (101.7 N-m)
V. INSTALLATION
1. Refer to the installation and wiring diagrams and study
them thoroughly to familiarize yourself with the
mount / winch asembly components.
2. Remove the (2) lower rear front bumper mounting
bolts.
3. Install the rear bracket using the M8 x 20 MMLG
bolts. Finger tight only at this time.
4. Install the front bracket using the U-bolts, washers and
nuts. Finger tighten only.
5. Lay the fairlead plate on top of the front and rear
brackets. Fairlead plate cable guide up.
Note: If you haven't already done so, turn the
ATV front wheels full lock to the right. (To your
left if you are standing in front of the ATV facing
it.)
6. Viewing the ATV from the front, carefully guide the
winch assembly, clutch end first, into position from
your left onto the top of the fairlead plate.
