FOOTPLATE ADJUSTMENT

Swing out the footplate locking lever

and set the footplate to the desired
position.
Retract the footplate locking lever
Caution! Make sure the tool is
switched off and the battery removed.
SAW BLADE REPLACEMENT

Rotate the blade clamp
lever 9
clockwise and hold.
Caution! The saw blade is sharp.
Make sure the tool is switched off
and the battery removed. Wear protective
gloves.

Insert the new blade through the open-
ing in the footplate 7.
GENERAL CUTTING

The sawblade must always exceed the
workpiece.
The
footplate 7
must always be in con-
tact with the workpiece.

and slide off the

To adjust the footplate, hold saw firmly
and tilt the footplate to the desired po-
sition.

Carefully pull out the saw blade from
the blade clamp and release the blade
clamp lever 9.

Rotate the blade clamp lever
ter clockwise. Insert the blade into
the SDS clamp and release the blade
clamp lever 9. Check if the saw blade is
securely fixed.
PLUNGE CUTTING

Set the footplate

on the workpiece.
Start the tool and slowly move the saw
blade tip into the workpiece.
Plunge cutting is only suitable for
soft materials like plaster board.
