ULTI STAGE OOKING
Your oven can be programmed for up to 2 automatic cooking sequences .Suppose you want to set the
following cooking program:
1. 100% Microwave cooking;
2. 80% Microwave cooking
Steps:
1. Input 100% microwave power level and
2. Input 80% microwave power level and
3. Press START/QUICK START pad.
NOTE: Auto cook, Weight Defrost and Quick Start can't be set in multi-stage cooking.

EIGHT EFROST
The oven can be used to defrost food by weight you entered. The defrosting time and power level are
automatically set once the food weight is programmed.
FOR EXAMPLE: Suppose you want to defrost 600g meat.
Press WEIGHT DEFROST button once.

Press WEIGHT ADJUST to select weight of food.

Press START/QUICK START button.

Note: The frozen food weight ranges from 100g to 1800g. Do not enter weight exceed this range.
During defrosting program, the system will pause and sound beeps to remind user to turn food over,
and then press START/QUICK START to resume the defrosting.

The oven will operate at HIGH power (100% power output) for QUICK START cooking program.
Press the START/QUICK START button to set cooking time, the oven starts working immediately at full

1. For items milk/coffee and potato, it's the number of servings not weight that
matters.
2. For cooking chicken, beef/mutton and skewered meat, the oven will pause
and beep to remind you to turn food over during cooking process.
3. The result of auto cooking depends on factors such as the shape and size of
food, your personal preference as to the doneness of certain foods and even
how well you happen to place food in the oven. If you find the result at any
rate not quite satisfactory, please adjust the cooking time a little bit
accordingly.
