connection
Always flush a newly connected water pipeline
system before use.
Attach a square stopcock (so that the water
supply can be shut off) and connect the cold
water tap to it (usually shown with a blue arrow
pointing in the direction of the tap).
Attach both connections to the boiler. Connect
the pipe with the hot water tap to the supply
side of the boiler (marked in red or shown with
an arrow pointing to the connection nipple).
Attach the third pipe (which has an open
connection to the outlet) to the hot water
connection of the boiler. This pipeline must
never be sealed off.
important note
Ensure that no water leaks into the boiler
housing. If this does happen, first disconnect
the appliance fromm the power supply, then
remove the covering lid and wipe the appliance
dry.
Always follow the local regulations.
fitting
This boiler can only be installed with the
connection nipples upwards. It must, therefore,
always be under the tapping point.
electrical connection
The boiler operates at 230 V and can be
connected to a wall socket with an earth. If a
fixed connection is required, the connection
cable can be removed and replaced by a fixed
connection lead. This connection lead must
have a two-pin plug.
Connect the boiler in accordance with the
national and local regulations.
Only connect the appliance to the mains after it
has been filled with water.
The 230 V mains supply is connected as
follows:
– the phase wire to terminal L;
– the neutral wire to terminal M;
– the protection wire to the earth terminal
thermal safety device
The thermal safety device switches the boiler
off if the boiler temperature rises too high.
