General

The unit should be cleaned and maintained once a month.
o
o When performing maintenance, make sure the power is disconnected.
Wipe the inner and outer surface of the unit and its accessories with a soft cloth. If
o
the unit is very dirty, a neutral detergent can be used, and rinsed off using clean, cold
water. After cleaning, it is recommended that the unit surface be polished using glass
wax and a soft flannel or duster.
o For cleaning, do not use scourers, hot water, petrol, alcohol, kerosene, washing pow-
der, alkaline detergent, bleach, abrasive cleaners etc. as they can damage the protec-
tive surface of the unit. Do not spray or pour water directly onto the unit – just apply
with a cloth.

Power cuts

o Occasionally, there may be power cuts due to thunderstorms or other causes. Re-
move the power cord from AC outlet when a power outage occurs. Once the power
has been restored, plug the power cord back into the AC outlet.

Vacation and moving

For long vacations or absences, unplug the unit, empty contents from wine cooler,
o
and clean the wine cooler and door gaskets according to the "General" section above.
Prop doors open, so air can circulate inside. Always maintain the wine cooler upright
when moving it. Do not move the unit lying on its side.
