To make the assembly easier to complete, consider assembling the RK12WALLOA with
another person's assistance.
Assemble the brackets
The RK12WALLOA features adjustable brackets that you can set to the depth that
you require. The adjustment holes on the brackets are spaced 25 mm (1 in.) apart.
The minimum depth you can set the brackets to is 305 mm (12 in.) and the maximum
depth is 508 mm (20 in.).
1. Slide one of the rear horizontal brackets into one of the front horizontal brackets.
2. Determine the rack depth that you require and set the brackets to that depth.
3. Line up the adjustment holes on the front horizontal brackets with the adjustment
holes on the rear horizontal bracket.
4. On each side of the horizontal brackets, complete the following:
• Insert two bolts and washers through the adjustment holes on the front
horizontal bracket and into the adjustment holes on the rear horizontal
bracket.
• Insert one bolt and washer through the adjustment hole on the bottom of the
front horizontal bracket and into the adjustment hole on the rear horizontal
bracket.
5. If you're setting the brackets to the minimum depth of 305 mm (12 in.), repeat step
4 and insert an additional three bolts and washers at the corners of the brackets.
6. Repeat steps 1 to 5 to assemble the second set of brackets.
