Installing a new charger battery (Blue Charger MMT-7705)
1.
Remove the charger battery cap by turning it counter-clockwise 1/4 turn using
a coin in the groove of the cap.
2.
Insert a new AAA or LR-03 battery with the flat (-)
end first. Make sure that you align the small bumps
on the battery cap with the small notches in the
charger's battery opening. Push in the cap all the
way using a coin. Turn the cap clockwise 1/4 turn to
close.
Installing a new charger battery (Gray Charger MMT-7715)
1.
Push the battery cover in and slide it off (as shown in the illustration).
2.
Insert a new AAA or LR-03 battery. Make sure the (+/-) symbols on the battery
align with the symbols shown on the charger.
3.
Slide the battery cover back on the charger.
Note: A new AAA or LR-03 battery contains enough power to recharge the
MiniLink more than 40 times. If the battery is installed incorrectly or
is low, the charger will not work. Repeat the battery installation steps
using a new battery.
Charging the MiniLink
Before using the MiniLink for the first time, you must fully charge the MiniLink
battery which may take up to 8 hours. It is recommended to recharge the
MiniLink after each sensor use. If you choose to recharge the MiniLink after a
3-day sensor use, the charging time will be less than 20 minutes. A fully charged
MiniLink battery will work more than 14 days without recharging. After 14 days of
use, the MiniLink will fully recharge in less than 2 hours.
